Well it’s almost 2012 and many are still trying to figure out how to dig out from the 3 year recession. Many are hoping the new year will bring relief from the banks regarding their mortgages, payments, refinance, or foreclosure. Well I’m going to predict that it’s actually coming this time. Something has to be done about the millions of hard working people who’ve lost a job, lost hours, and had their credit cut. Well if you have bad credit and need a refi, Fannie and Freddie are coming to the rescue. Next year the two lending giants will make it easier to get financing by lowering the lending requirements.
